Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love every piece from Twinkle Box. If something isn't quite right, here is how returns and refunds work.

Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached
• Proof of purchase (order number) required

Non-returnable items

• Opened cosmetics, skincare, or personal-care items
• Customised or monogrammed gift sets
• Final-sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable

Refund process

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bKash or bank transfer.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size or colour? Contact us within 7 days — subject to stock availability. Price differences may apply.

Damaged or wrong items

Received a damaged parcel or the wrong product? Photograph the item and packaging within 48 hours and email us — we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
